• Guided Yoga Nidra and meditation practices

• Yoga Props: Yoga mat, 2 blocks, strap, 1-3 blankets, yoga bolster
• No props? No problem! Try these substitutes. Let me know if you have questions. 2-3 blankets, bed pillow and bath towel, 2 large books or kitchen pans, belt or scarf.
• Optional: light scarf to cover your eyes
• Have a journal + pen close by
• Choose a space where you can breathe, move, and comfortably rest the body
• Turn off and/or remove distractions (email/phone notifications, smart watches, etc)
• Where possible/necessary, communicate to those you live with that you are taking time for yourself.
• Ensure your device is charged and/or plugged in before each session
