~ Please plan to be online 5-10 minutes prior to session start time
~ Dress comfortably
~ Choose a space where you can breathe, move, and comfortably rest the body
~ Consider having the following to support your body as it rests: 2-3 blankets, pillows or yoga bolster, optional: light scarf to cover your eyes, a journal + pen close.
~ Turn off and/or remove distractions (email/phone notifications, smart watches, etc)
~ Communicate to those you live with that you are taking some much needed time for you. Kindly ask that they do not disturb you during the session
~ Ensure your device is charged and/or plugged in before each session
