In its simplest application Yoga Nidra is a systematic practice intended to induce a peaceful state – physically, mentally, and emotionally. As your relationship with Yoga Nidra deepens, you may also begin to experience it as a profoundly spiritual practice unlocking the door to higher consciousness.

Each session will be a unique and responsive blend of gentle movement and nurturing practices designed to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress, improved well-being, and a deeper connection to Self.

• Alleviate stress
• Reduce PTSD, chronic pain, and chemical dependency

Time: 7:30 - 8:30pm EST

For Your Comfort
~ Set up your free Zoom account / download the App (https://zoom.us/)
~ Please plan to be online 5-10 minutes before the session start time
~ Dress comfortably
~ Yoga Props: Yoga mat, strap, blocks, 1-3 blankets, bolster(s)
~ No props? No problem! Try these substitutes. Let me know if you have questions. Belt, 2 large/similarly sized books, 2-3 blankets, bed pillow and bath towel.
~ Optional: light scarf to cover your eyes
~ Have a journal + pen close by
~ Choose a space where you can breathe, move, and comfortably rest the body
~ Turn off and/or remove distractions (email/phone notifications, smart watches, etc)
~ Communicate to those you live with that you are taking some much-needed time for yourself. If possible, kindly ask that they do not disturb you during the session.
~ Ensure your device is charged and/or plugged in before each session
