​A little more about my journey...

Over the last 20 years, my journey with yoga has supported my ongoing healing and evolution. I am constantly in awe of how being on this path allows me to navigate the human experience with more grace, beauty, and ease. 

 

Drawn to pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra, I find the quieter, more contemplative practices allow me to experience life in a more present, vibrant and fulfilling way.​

Inspired by two decades of study and embodied experiences of yoga, my offerings include quiet, restorative, and contemplative practices such as:

  • Yoga Nidra

  • Meditation

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Yin Yoga

  • Breathwork

  • Hatha Yoga infused with the wisdom of Tantra

  • Guided self-reflection and intention-setting experiences

By weaving traditional understandings of yoga with an appreciation for the complexities of modern-day life, my offerings include simple yet powerful practices that can offer the perfect antidotes to the stress and busyness of everyday life.

Each offering is thoughtfully created, shared from my heart and inspired by personal life experiences, teachers, mentors, students, friends and family. 

 

My intention is to support your journey of self-inquiry, rest, yoga nidra, and meditation with mindful offerings rooted in tradition and inspired by modern-day living.
