Over the last 20 years, my journey with yoga has supported my ongoing healing and evolution. I am constantly in awe of how being on this path allows me to navigate the human experience with more grace, beauty, and ease.
Drawn to pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra, I find the quieter, more contemplative practices allow me to experience life in a more present, vibrant and fulfilling way.​
