Over the last 20 years, my journey with yoga has supported my ongoing healing and evolution. As a student of yoga, my life is constantly evolving in ways I would never have imagined possible. I am constantly in awe of how being on this path allows me to navigate the human experience in a more present, vibrant and fulfilling way.
Drawn to pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra; I find the quieter, more contemplative practices to be the most transformative.
As a teacher, I am honoured to share my experiences and support others on the path of self-discovery by sharing simple, powerful practices rooted in tradition yet relevant for modern-day living.
