A gentle approach to Hatha yoga practices infused with the wisdom of Tantra. Experience a well-rounded practice that combines physical asana, pranayama, meditation and self-inquiry.

 

Plus, 1x a month we will explore yoga nidra and rest practices during this class.

Yin & Yoga Nidra

Inspired by stillness and contemplation this candlelit class offers a quiet respite from the busyness of everyday life. Enjoy a soothing blend of yin yoga, guided relaxation, and yoga nidra practices.
