A 90-minute group session offering a responsive blend of gentle movement, nurturing practices, and Yoga Nidra to soothe the nervous system and cultivate physical, mental, and emotional ease.

 

In its simplest form, Yoga Nidra is a guided technique that invites deep relaxation. On a deeper level, it is an artful exploration of your inner landscape, nurturing greater awareness, presence, and a meaningful connection to Self and the world around you. 

 

To support your experience, you may wish to bring a light scarf to cover your eyes and a journal to explore any insights that arise during practice.
