In silence, you will receive a beautiful opportunity to quiet the mind,

calm the soul and reconnect to your inner wisdom.

 

The day will be a perfect combination of practices (asana, yoga nidra, meditation, self-inquiry) and free time to nurture your body, heart, mind & spirit. Enjoy walks, sitting in nature or simply curl up by the fire and enjoy some quiet time with your journal or a good book.

Intro to Yoga Nidra Workshop

Deep Relaxation Healing Yoga Nidra

Explore the nourishing practices of Yoga Nidra designed to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress, improved well-being, and a deeper connection to Self!

In its simplest application, the practices of Yoga Nidra offer methods intended to induce a peaceful state – physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

The Session will inlcude:

  • An introductory talk on Yoga Nidra and how to integrate rest practices into your daily life

  • Gentle movement and guided relaxation practices

  • Time for self-reflection
