4 Week Series Starts June 2

Discover Yoga Nidra

Explore the nourishing practices of Yoga Nidra designed to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress, improved well-being, and a deeper connection to Self.

Each session will include: 

  • A short talk on Yoga Nidra and how to integrate rest practices into daily life

  • Gentle movement and nurturing relaxation practices 

  • Time for self-reflection


Studies have shown that the practices of Yoga Nidra can:

  • Reduce stress & anxiety

  • Ease insomnia

  • Reduce symptoms of PTSD

  • Relieve pain

  • Enhance immune system function



Date/Time: June 2, 9,16, 23 from 7:30 - 9:00pm (Thursday evenings)


Investment: $108 + HST 

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat, 1-2 blankets, thin pillow or blanket to support the head, light scarf to cover your eyes, plus any other props that will allow you to feel comfortable while resting on the floor. Studio bolsters are available for use.

  • Journal and pen
